This website is operated by Lanphear Tool Works, Inc. (doing business as LTW Ergonomic Solutions and LTW, Inc., referred to throughout as “LTW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). LTW designs and manufactures height-adjustable industrial ergonomic equipment, including operator platforms, workstations, machine bases, tables, carts, and related products, from our facilities in Lawrence and Dowagiac, Michigan.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, including all information, tools, and services available on or through LTW1.com, as well as all purchases made through our online store or other purchase methods. They apply to all users — including visitors, customers, and anyone submitting content or requesting quotes.

Any new features, tools, or services added to the website in the future are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version to this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Online Store Terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • You will not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

Product Availability and Descriptions

LTW manufactures both standard catalog products and custom/made-to-order products. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We have made every reasonable effort to display product images, colors, and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colors will be perfectly accurate.

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected resale, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we refuse or modify your order after it is placed, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

We may limit quantities available per customer, per order, or per address for any product.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated and disclosed at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping charges are billed separately at the time of shipment, and are unique to the order and Ship To location.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you, even after order confirmation has been sent.

Shipping and Lead Times

Standard Products

Standard catalog products typically ship within 4-6 weeks of order confirmation, subject to availability. Shipping timelines vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside LTW’s control.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products require production lead time that varies by product type and order volume. A confirmed lead time will be stated on your written quote. We will make every reasonable effort to meet quoted lead times, but production timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs and Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of shipment, and are based on the destination, product dimensions, and weight. LTW ships via common freight and parcel carriers. Alternatively, you may choose to schedule freight yourself with your preferred carrier.

Risk of Loss

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us at Sales@LTW1.com within 3 business days of receipt.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns

Due to the industrial nature of the environments LTW products are shipped to, LTW products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect covered under our warranty. Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only prior to production commencement. Cancellation of an order after production has begun may result in a cancellation fee reflecting materials and labor costs incurred.

Product Warranty

Product Warranty

LTW includes a limited lifetime structural warranty on products that include the original LTW nameplate and serial number. A one-year parts replacement warranty is included for all other components. Painted and other applied finishes are not covered by warranties. Warranties are non-transferable.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by failure to follow LTW’s installation, operation, or maintenance instructions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact LTW at Sales@LTW1.com or 1 (269) 674-8877 with the product’s LTW serial tag number, a description of the defect, and photographs where applicable. LTW will respond within 5 business days with instructions for the claim process.

Disclaimer Regarding Website and Service Warranty

The warranty above applies to LTW’s physical products only. The website and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LTW does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

All content on LTW1.com — including text, images, product photography, graphics, logos, CAD files, videos, and software — is the property of LTW or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable US copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website or its content without express written permission from LTW.

CAD Models and Technical Files

3D CAD models, drawings, and related technical files available on LTW1.com are provided for reference purposes only and are subject to the following conditions:

  • CAD files may be downloaded and shared within your organization or with third parties acting on your behalf for the sole purpose of evaluating or purchasing LTW products.
  • CAD files may not be used to reproduce, fabricate, or 3D-print LTW products.
  • CAD files may not be redistributed to competitors or third parties for commercial use.
  • Dimensions and specifications in CAD files are for reference only and may vary from finished products due to manufacturing tolerances. LTW makes no warranty of accuracy.

LTW reserves the right to revoke access to CAD files at any time for any reason.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use LTW1.com and our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the website or its content to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to them or your use of LTW1.com, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Van Buren County, Michigan. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

Limitation on Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the website or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written purchase agreements or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between you and LTW regarding your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications between you and LTW on these matters.

Severability

Waiver

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries
