Frequently Asked Questions for our Ergonomic Industrial Workstations and Machine Bases! We are here to assist you! If you have any questions that are not listed here yet please e-mail or call us at:
MINIMUM LOWERED BASE/TABLE HEIGHT QUESTION: What are the low (minimum) heights of your Ergonomic Machine Bases/Workstations (not including the table tops)? A: It depends on a few factors such as the lift height and casters. Here is a handy reference chart for you. Feel free to contact us with further questions at 269-674-8877.
LEAD TIME QUESTION: What is the standard lead time for your bases? A: Typically 2-3 weeks for standard products.
MAINTENANCE QUESTION: What kind of maintenance is required for your actuators on your patented E-Series of bases? A: Our actuators are maintenance free. Here is some more info regarding them: Usage: Duty cycle: Max. 10% or 2 minutes continuous use followed by 18 minutes not in use. Life Expectancy: Tested to 10,000 full cycles at full load rating. So if the operator adjusted our tables to half of the stroke (not likely) three shifts per day, that would be the equivalent of 1 ½ full cycles , then it would take over 6,600 days, or 1320 work weeks, or 25 years to just come up to the life cycle testing that they have gone through! On top of that, those figures would be with a maximum load the entire time. (-: We do recommend spraying a dry, clear lube twice a year or so on the inner steel legs of our frames when the tables are raised all the way up to facilitate the polymer bearings sliding on this surface and prolong it’s life. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
